Need to make a return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your RÄV & Co purchase, you can return your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from purchase, returns are limited to exchanges. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges and will provide a digital prepaid label. Please be advised that RÄV & Co is not responsible for providing a physical return label, and the customer must print the provided label.
Return Process
To start your return, send an email to support@ravandco.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for the return or exchange. RÄV & Co will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back.
- If you wish to complete a return, the product(s) should be returned in useable condition.
- Upon receipt of a return for a refund, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method to redirect funds to other accounts.
- Returns are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days to be refunded.
- Returns will only be accepted if they are processed and sent using a pre-paid shipping label. Not sending using the pre-paid shipping label will cause complications, and we will not be able to guarantee a refund.
- Please remove all non-RÄV & Co items from your return. RÄV & Co is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-RÄV & Co items will be disposed of.
- If you are based in the United States, approved returns and exchanges will receive a free domestic return shipping label via a pre-paid label. For exchanged orders, we will ship your order free of charge.
- We advise retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt with a picture of the return label at drop-off for your records. If we can verify that the order was dropped off with a receipt and confirmation of the label and the order is lost, we will take responsibility and honor the return or exchange.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a RÄV & Co pre-paid return label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by RÄV & Co.
- All returns must be from a verified ravandco.com order. RÄV & Co does not offer returns on items purchased outside of ravandco.com.
- All return labels provided by RÄV & Co are digital. RÄV & Co is not responsible for providing a physical return label. Select mailing locations will accept a QR code in place of a label.
- If you have submitted multiple return requests and received multiple labels, please be sure to use all labels, as using one label to ship multiple returns will result in processing delays.
- APO and PPO addresses may require a different address to return due to label creation restrictions in restricted access areas.
- Personalized Products cannot be returned and are non-refundable. All Personalized sales are final.
- Orders with a processed Warranty Claim are not eligible for return.
